The generous grill is 65 x 50 cm and has v shaped channels to allow fat to drain away from food, into a grease trough at the front. It is suspended on chains and can be elevated to adjust the cooking temperature with a crank system.The brazier allows you to burn wood or charcoal, so you can prepare embers for cooking.Low maintenance, the Pan American does not require any painting.
